talentladder is more than a database! We collect your details so that the talentladder team can work on your behalf to match your skills and aspirations directly to work experience, and then communicate with you. It's a personal service and the only thing we'll try to sell you is paid work!

talentladder believes in exploring the options. You might decide to join one of the companies we place you with. Great! But our primary aim is good quality experience while you study and while you decide where your future lies.

talentladder does the hard work for you! You create your CV once here on our site (which you can amend and update) and we match you to opportunities in each of your vacation breaks and for placements. We'll handle all the admin and at the end of the work experience, we'll make sure you receive feedback.
