You’re employed. For the majority of the assignments we manage, talentladder will be your employer for purposes of payroll, expenses and administration. However, for purposes of your day to day work, you’ll be under the supervision of someone at the company where you are working. You’ll have your own personal contact at talentladder with whom you’ll liaise on any questions or concerns you have. You would normally liaise only with talentladder on payroll and expense issues and with the company on work areas, but you should feel free to talk to talentladder about any aspect of your placement.

And finally. At the end of the placement, we will ensure that you receive feedback on your performance. You’ll also have the opportunity to give feedback. This is an important part of the work experience – you can assess how you performed, and whether you enjoyed your role and the environment you worked in. You might be interested in continuing the relationship with the company. And for the company, vice-versa – they can give you valuable feedback and assess the possibility of more work experience.
