You create a CV. You complete a profile of yourself which will become your CV. This gives us the basics about you and enables us to contact you. You have access to this CV and you can amend and update it.

talentladder gets to work. talentladder will use your profile to find work for you. We will contact you by e-mail to confirm your interest in specific opportunities. We might ask to meet you on campus or to contact you by ‘phone to talk generally or to discuss a particular placement. In most instances, companies like to meet a short-list of students and you will probably have an interview with one or more of the employees of the company you might be working at. For some roles, you’ll simply deal with talentladder and we’ll tell you where to go and when.

We liaise with each other. talentladder will handle the process of the whole application and be your point of contact. We’ll let you know if a company wants to make you an offer and you’ll let us know if you would like to accept a placement. We will do our best to answer any questions you have about the placement itself and about general arrangements. If a particular opportunity does not result in an offer, we’ll let you know as quickly as possible. Also, we will continue our search for other opportunities.
